We do NOT store card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, bank details, mandate authorization data, or any sensitive financial credentials. All sensitive payment and subscription authorization is handled securely by Razorpay and PayPal, depending on the user’s location and selected payment method.

3. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
ArtGenio offers recurring subscription plans that automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by the user.
- Subscription payments are processed securely via Razorpay (for INR payments) and PayPal (for USD and international payments).
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings or the respective payment provider.
- Cancelling a subscription stops auto-renewal immediately. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- After cancellation, the account automatically switches to the Free plan.
- Subscription charges are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started, except where required by applicable law.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- Razorpay — for secure one-time payments, subscriptions, auto-renewals, UPI mandates, and invoice generation (INR payments).
- PayPal — for secure international and USD payments, subscriptions, and transaction processing.
