ArtGenio is an AI-powered content generation platform. Using Google Gemini AI, ArtGenio creates viral captions, trending hashtags, reel scripts, image prompts, keywords, and daily content ideas — in under 10 seconds. The platform is designed for creators, influencers, and small businesses who want to grow their audience and engagement faster.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ArtGenio. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts & Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate and current information.
• You are responsible for all activity performed under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the AI generator to create illegal, harmful, hateful, or abusive content.
• Do not attempt to exploit, scrape, or resell AI-generated content produced by ArtGenio.
• Do not bypass usage limits or subscription restrictions.
• Do not use automated tools or bots to mass-generate content beyond your plan's usage limits.
• You are solely responsible for the content you publish using ArtGenio-generated output. Ensure compliance with each platform's community guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

The ArtGenio platform, UI, branding, and underlying AI generation system are the intellectual property of ArtGenio.

AI-generated content produced for you is yours to use for personal or commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the ArtGenio platform or its generation system.

6. One-Time Purchases (Content Pack Unlocks)

• Some content packs require a one-time payment to unlock.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (INR) or PayPal (USD / international).
• Unlocked content is delivered instantly after successful payment.
• Once unlocked, purchases are non-refundable, except in cases of technical failure or duplicate payment as outlined in our Refund Policy.

7. Subscriptions & Billing

• ArtGenio offers recurring subscription plans.
• Subscription payments are processed via Razorpay (INR) or PayPal (USD / international).
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings or payment provider.
• Cancelling stops future billing, but access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• After expiry, your account switches to the Free plan.
• No refunds are issued for partially used subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.

8. Usage Limits & Fair Use

Subscription plans may include daily or monthly usage limits. Attempting to bypass limits may result in account suspension.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which applies to payments processed via Razorpay and PayPal.

10. Disclaimer

ArtGenio provides AI-generated content “as-is”. While we strive for high-quality output, we do not guarantee specific engagement results, follower growth, or algorithmic performance. AI-generated content should be reviewed before posting. ArtGenio is not responsible for any content that violates platform community guidelines after publication.

11. Limitation of Liability

ArtGenio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or generated content.

12. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.
