Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ArtGenio, we strive to provide high-quality AI prompts and premium content. Since premium prompt unlocks are digital, instantly accessible goods, refund terms differ from physical products.

1. Digital Product Policy

All premium prompt unlocks on ArtGenio are digital, non-returnable, and instantly delivered once payment is successful. Therefore:

  • Refunds cannot be issued once a prompt is unlocked.
  • We do not offer cancellations after successful delivery.

2. When Refunds *Are* Eligible

Refunds may be granted under the following cases:

  • The amount was charged but unlock failed due to a system error.
  • The payment was duplicated due to a network or banking glitch.
  • Razorpay marks the payment as failed or reversed.

If eligible, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method as per Razorpay’s timelines.

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Banks / UPI: 5–7 business days
  • Wallets: 24–48 hours
  • Cards: 7–10 business days

These timelines are managed by banks and Razorpay — not ArtGenio.

4. No Cash or Manual Refunds

All refunds are processed strictly through Razorpay to the same payment source. We do not issue:

  • Cash refunds
  • Manual refunds to other accounts or UPI IDs
  • Wallet transfers

5. Cancellation Policy

Once a premium prompt is unlocked and delivered, it cannot be cancelled since the digital content is already accessible.
