Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ArtGenio, we offer digital products including premium AI prompt unlocks and subscription-based creator tools. Since these services are delivered digitally and instantly, refund and cancellation policies differ from physical goods.

1. Digital Product Policy (One-Time Unlocks)

Premium prompt unlocks on ArtGenio are digital, instantly accessible, and non-returnable.

• Once a prompt is unlocked successfully, no refunds or cancellations are permitted.
• Access to the unlocked content is granted immediately after successful payment.

2. Subscription Cancellation Policy

ArtGenio offers recurring subscription plans billed on a monthly or yearly basis.

• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the user’s account settings.
• Cancelling a subscription stops auto-renewal immediately.
• You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the current billing period.
• After the billing period ends, your account will automatically switch to the Free plan.
• No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods.

3. When Refunds May Be Granted

Refunds are considered only in exceptional cases involving payment failures or technical errors:

• Payment was successfully charged but the content or subscription was not activated.
• A duplicate payment occurred due to a technical or processing issue.
• The payment provider (Razorpay or PayPal) marks the transaction as failed, reversed, or refunded.

Eligible refunds are processed back to the original payment method in accordance with the respective payment provider’s policies.

4. Refund Processing Time

• UPI / Net Banking (Razorpay): 5–7 business days
• Wallets: 24–48 hours
• Debit / Credit Cards: 7–10 business days
• PayPal (USD / international payments): 5–10 business days

Refund timelines are controlled by banks and payment providers. ArtGenio does not control refund settlement speed.

5. No Manual or Cash Refunds

All refunds are processed securely via the original payment provider (Razorpay or PayPal) to the original payment source only. We do not provide:

• Cash refunds
• Manual bank transfers
• Refunds to alternative UPI IDs or accounts

6. Payment Processing

Payments, refunds, and subscription billing on ArtGenio are processed securely by trusted third-party payment providers:

• Razorpay — for INR payments, subscriptions, and UPI mandates.
• PayPal — for USD and international payments and subscriptions.

ArtGenio does not store card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, bank details, or payment authorization credentials on its servers.
